Aims / Goals
Combining two trusted names into one modern, meaningful website
Weave partnered with Pellow & Hill to design and develop a custom website that united two of Hamilton’s most respected funeral homes—Pellows Funerals and James R Hill. The result is a modern, compassionate, and accessible digital presence that reflects the strength of both legacy brands and introduces their purpose-built new facility to the community.
Uniting tradition and progress under one roof
Pellow & Hill represents the merging of two long-standing names in funeral care. While each had its own unique history and loyal community, coming together gave them the opportunity to offer greater choice, scale, and facilities—while continuing to honour their shared values of care, dignity, and professionalism. Their new venue is a warm, welcoming space designed to support families with comfort, flexibility, and compassion.
Project goals included:
- Introducing the Pellow & Hill name to the public with clarity and warmth
- Communicating the benefits of two locations and the flexibility that brings to families
- Showcasing their purpose-built facility and range of modern offerings
- Designing a website that’s approachable, easy to navigate, and inclusive
- Supporting the launch with content structure and storytelling that shares their new chapter
