A future-ready digital platform supporting science for natural hazard resilience
Weave worked with the Resilience to Nature’s Challenges National Science Challenge to design and develop a large-scale website that showcases research, people, resources, and real-world impact. With a focus on making complex content accessible and interlinked, the site is a home for hundreds of pages of research outputs, tools, and publications—all managed through a customised CMS.
Helping researchers, communities and policymakers access vital knowledge
The Challenge produces a large volume of research, guidance, media articles, and team profiles. Their previous website had outgrown its structure, making it difficult to navigate and update. The new website needed to better serve multiple audiences and reflect the scale and relevance of the mahi being done.
Project goals included:
- Designing a scalable, structured site that supports filtered discovery of content
- Making it easier for users to explore projects, tools, and articles by topic or theme
- Customising the CMS for clarity and efficiency, supporting non-technical editors
- Showcasing team members, contributors, and the breadth of collaborative work
